“High Frequency Gravitational Wave Generator”

06-18-2019 US patent assigned to the United States, with the Secretary of the Navy as the representative, listing Salvatore Cezar Pais as applicant and inventor.
Abstract:A high frequency gravitational wave generator including a gas filled shell with an outer shell surface, microwave emitters, sound generators, and acoustic vibration resonant gas-filled cavities. The outer shell surface is electrically charged and vibrated by the microwave emitters to generate a first electromagnetic field. The acoustic vibration resonant gas-filled cavities each have a cavity surface that can be electrically charged and vibrated by acoustic energy from the sound generators such that a second electromagnetic field is generated. The two acoustic vibration resonant gas- filled cavities are able to counter spin relative to each other to provide stability, and propagating gravitational field fluctuations are generated when the second electromagnetic field propagates through the first electromagnetic field.”

“Piezoelectricity-Induced Room Temperature Superconductor”

02-21-2019 US patent assigned to the United States, with the Secretary of the Navy as the representative, listing Salvatore Cezar Pais as applicant and inventor.
Abstract: The present invention is a room temperature superconductor comprising of a wire, which comprises of an insulator coreand a metal coating. The metal coating is disposed around the insulator core , and themetal is coating deposited on the core. When a pulsed current is passed through the wire, while the wire is vibrated , room temperature superconductivity is induced.”

FOIA letter listing 38 scientific papers procured by DIA for AATIP

01-16-2019 letter from the DIA (Defense Intelligence Agency) to Steven Aftergood, of the FAS (Federation of American Scientists), in response to his FOIA request for DIA products procured under AATIP (Advanced Aerospace Threat & Identification Program). Aftergood submitted his FOIA request to the DIA 08-15-2018, after and in response to the scientific papers being first publicly referred to by Dr Hal Puthoff during a 06-08-2018 presentation to a joint conference of the SSE (Society for Scientific Exploration) and the IRVA (International Remote Viewing Association), in Las Vegas, NV, USA.

“Craft Using an Inertial Mass Reduction Device”

12-04-2018 US patent assigned to the United States, with the Secretary of the Navy as the representative, listing Salvatore Cezar Pais as applicant and inventor.
Abstract: A craft using an inertial mass reduction device comprises of an inner resonant cavity wall, an outer resonant cavity, and microwave emitters. The electrically charged outer resonant cavity wall and the electrically insulated inner resonant cavity wall form a resonant cavity. The microwave emitters create high frequency electromagnetic waves throughout the resonant cavity causing the resonant cavity to vibrate in an accelerated mode and create a local polarized vacuum outside the outer resonant cavity wall.”

“Electromagnetic Field Generator and Method to Generate an Electromagnetic Field”

01-26-2017 US patent assigned to the United States, with the Secretary of the Navy as the representative, listing Salvatore Cezar Pais as applicant and inventor.
Abstract: “The electromagnetic field generator includes a shell, an electrostatic generator, a power plant, a thermoelectric generator, and an electric motor. The shell has embedded polycrystalline ferroelectric ceramic material which is polarized such that the ceramic material exhibits strong Piezoelectric Effect properties thus inducing high frequency vibrations. The shell may be further doped with radioactive elements which under high frequency vibrations induce gamma ray emission. The electrostatic generator is for charging up the shell and is disposed within the shell. The power plant is to generate thermal power, and is disposed within the sphere. The thermoelectric generator is to convert the thermal power generated by the power plant to electrical energy. The electric motor powered by the electrical energy generated by the thermoelectric generator, and supplies input voltage such that the shell spins a high angular speeds, vibrates at high frequencies, and generates an electromagnetic field.

“Space Warp Propulsion”

2017 article on warp drive by T.L. Keller

“The Warp Drive: Hyper-Fast Travel Within General Relativity”

1994 scientific paper by physicist Miguel Alcubierre, describing the feasibility of a faster-than-light travel drive system and how Einstein’s conclusions in relativity would still hold.
Abstract: “It is shown how, within the framework of general relativity and without the introduction of wormholes, it is possible to modify a spacetime in a way that allows a spaceship to travel with an arbitrarily large speed. By a purely local expansion of spacetime behind the spaceship and an opposite contraction in front of it, motion faster than the speed of light as seen by observers outside the disturbed region is possible. The resulting distortion is reminiscent of the “warp drive” of science fiction. However, just as it happens with wormholes, exotic matter will be needed in order to generate a distortion of spacetime like the one discussed here.”

“Warp Field Mechanics 101”

Paper authored by Dr Harold “Sonny” White, of NASA Johnson Space Center, Houston, TX, examining and presenting refinements to the Alcubierre Warp Drive concept.
Abstract: “This paper will begin with a short review of the Alcubierre warp drive metric and describes how the phenomenon might work based on the original paper. The canonical form of the metric was developed and published in [6] which provided key insight into the field potential and boost for the field which remedied a critical paradox in the original Alcubierre concept of operations. A modified concept of operations based on the canonical form of the metric that remedies the paradox is presented and discussed. The idea of a warp drive in higher dimensional space-time (manifold) will then be briefly considered by comparing the null-like geodesics of the Alcubierre metric to the Chung-Freese metric to illustrate the mathematical role of hyperspace coordinates. The net effect of using a warp drive “technology” coupled with conventional propulsion systems on an exploration mission will be discussed using the nomenclature of early mission planning. Finally, an overview of the warp field interferometer test bed being implemented in the Advanced Propulsion Physics Laboratory: Eagleworks (APPL:E) at the
Johnson Space Center will be detailed. While warp field mechanics has not had a “Chicago Pile” moment, the tools necessary to detect a modest instance of the phenomenon are near at hand.”

“Can Geodesics in Extra Dimensions Solve the Cosmological Horizon Problem?”

Paper authored by Daniel Chung, of the Randall Physics Laboratory of the University of Michigan, and Katherine Freese, of the Max Planck Institute for Physics, presenting refinements to the Alcubierre Warp Drive concept.
Abstract: “We demonstrate a non-inflationary solution to the cosmological horizon problem in scenarios in which our observable universe is confined to three spatial dimensions (a three-brane) embedded in a higher dimensional space. A signal traveling along an extra-dimensional null geodesic may leave our three-brane, travel into the extra dimensions, and subsequently return to a different place on our three-brane in a shorter time than the time a signal confined to our three-brane would take. Hence, these geodesics may connect distant points which would otherwise be “outside” the four dimensional
horizon (points not in causal contact with one another).”
